AI without limits is a ticking time bomb that PAUSEAI is working to neutralize. However, the task should not rest on our shoulders alone. We need to bring our politicians into the fold, to alert them to the existential threats that superintelligent AI poses, and then to advocate for effective and timely risk-mitigation laws.
