Project Management Routine

When a new project is posted on the Discord

• Contact the poster, ask if he is ok to be in charge of the project. If not, ask if he is ok to find someone in charge. If not, it’s my job.
• If he is in charge, send an initial list of questions
  • Do you need help? AKA volunteers?
    • If so, what skills?
    • what would be the exact tasks?
  • Is there a deadline?
  • How much time do they think they can dedicate to this project next week? Weekly?
• Add the project to the Notion database

2. Contact project leads for all ongoing projects
   1. Ask for a progress update
      1. Any blockers?
   2. Ask if they need help (volunteers)
